Monigo Saygbay-Hallie, GPHR, currently serves as the EVP & Chief People Officer at Denny's and holds the position of HR Venture Advisor at SemperVirens Venture Capital. Monigo's background encompasses leadership positions in human resources at Doskocil Manufacturing, DaVita Kidney Care, Sysco, and JCPenney. Monigo holds an MBA in Information Technology from The University of Dallas, a PhD in I/O Psychology, a Master's in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Phoenix, and a BBA in Management from Sam Houston State University.
