Mark Fagundes

Mark Fagundes is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience across multiple companies and roles. Currently serving as Head of Sales for North America at Sendbird since January 2024, Mark previously held various leadership positions at Outreach, including Director of Sales for the Commercial segment, where responsibilities included managing a large sales team and achieving key performance indicators. At Nintex, Mark progressed through several roles, culminating in a managerial position that consistently met and exceeded sales targets, earning recognition in Presidents Club. Mark's earlier career includes managing operations at Northwest Vision Institute and leading a successful dropout prevention initiative at Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue. Mark started as a Volunteer Firefighter/EMT with King County Fire District 44 and holds a degree from Bellevue College.
