Monica Donahue

Monica Donahue serves as a Sessional Instructor at Seneca College in the School of HR & Global Business since June 2022, while concurrently working as an HR Executive and consultant at Aultsville Management since January 2013, providing HR leadership support to small and mid-sized organizations. Previous roles include Vice President of HR, Talent & Rewards at Home Trust Company and Vice President of Global Rewards at McCain Foods Limited, where responsibilities encompassed global compensation programs and talent management strategies. Additional experience includes various HR leadership positions at Acklands-Grainger, TELUS Communications, and Ramada Renaissance Hotels, with a focus on compensation, benefits, recruitment, and employee relations. Monica holds an MBA from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, along with several other qualifications in business, human resources, and alternative dispute resolution.
