Charles Miller

Charles Miller has extensive experience in engineering and global operations, with a current role as EVP Global Operations at SeneGence International since August 2017, previously serving as SVP Global Operations, SVP Manufacturing, and VP Manufacturing. Prior to SeneGence, Charles held the position of Director of Engineering at PakLab and Marietta Corporation, where responsibilities included managing all aspects of engineering and leading programs to enhance manufacturing reliability. Additionally, at Coty and Unilever, Charles contributed significantly to engineering, safety, and manufacturing maintenance, with notable achievements in implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles and achieving industry awards. Charles holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Campbell University and an Associate of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Sandhills Community College.
