Gilson Santos

Gilson Santos is a product designer with extensive experience in user-centered design and collaboration across various sectors. Currently employed at Senior Sistemas since July 2021, Gilson focuses on enhancing user experiences by developing and improving product solutions. Prior roles include interaction designer at Before, where Gilson was involved in sales solutions for retail, and product design at BIG FIELD DESENVOLVIMENTO, where responsibilities spanned website development and UX consulting. Additional experience includes front-end programming and technical support across multiple organizations. Gilson holds a degree in Analysis and Development of Systems from Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul, awarded in 2021. Proficient in Agile methodologies, design thinking, and a range of design and development tools, Gilson consistently delivers high-quality, reusable UI components and accessible design systems.
