Olesya Ponorets

Olesya Ponorets currently holds the position of Commercial Strategy & Planning at sennder since February 2022. Prior to this role, Olesya spent nearly a decade at Roland Berger, starting as a Junior Consultant and progressing to Project Manager, where notable achievements included leading the PMO of a large international infrastructure project in the Oil & Gas sector in the Netherlands and managing cross-cultural teams. Olesya's consultancy experience encompasses over ten projects in transportation, as well as numerous initiatives in consumer goods and retail, agriculture, automotive, pharmaceuticals, and construction materials. Earlier experience includes a position as an intern at KPMG. Olesya holds a Master's degree in International Economics and a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
