Rich Farruggia

Rich Farruggia is an accomplished Human Resources leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Xirgo Technologies since September 2024, Rich previously held the same title at Enesco from March 2020 to September 2024, where talent alignment with business needs was a key responsibility. Prior roles include Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources at Things Remembered, and Divisional Human Resource Manager at ICI Paints. Rich's career began with positions at OfficeMax and Buckeye Pizza Hut, showcasing a strong foundation in training, recruitment, and HR management.
