Marta López Martínez

Marta López Martínez is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and employee relations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Responsible at SENSIA since July 2023, Marta manages recruitment strategies and coordinates employee relations. Previously, as a Financial Recruitment Consultant at Fed Finance España from June 2022 to July 2023, Marta engaged in direct customer contact, client portfolio management, and conducted recruitment and selection processes. Marta began the career as an IT Recruiter Junior at NTT DATA Europe & LATAM in early 2022, focusing on profile selection and documentation management. Marta holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School and a double degree in SME Management and Labour Relations and Human Resources from Universidad de Salamanca, complemented by an Erasmus program at WU Vienna University of Economics and Business.
