Bhasker Kaushal

Bhasker Kaushal serves as President of Sensitech since January 2023, overseeing the company's leadership, strategic direction, and operating performance with full P&L responsibility. Previously, Bhasker has held significant roles at Carrier, including Vice President & General Manager of Sensitech, where responsibilities encompassed global P&L leadership and strategy for Carrier Refrigeration. Bhasker has also contributed to Carrier in various leadership roles focused on strategy, business development, and aftermarket services. Prior experience includes a Directorship at Alcoa, leading a spin-off program, and a Principal role at Booz & Company, driving transformation across multiple industries. Bhasker's educational background includes an MBA from The Wharton School and advanced degrees in manufacturing systems engineering and engineering from North Carolina State University and Delhi Institute of Technology, respectively.
