Ville Herva

Ville Herva possesses extensive experience in technology and operations, currently serving in an operations role at Sensofusion since November 2024. Previously, Ville Herva had a significant tenure at Bolt.Works from September 2016 to November 2024, where roles included Management Group Member, Advisor, Partner, CEO, and CTO, contributing to innovative solutions in construction staffing. Additionally, Ville Herva was the Chief Executive Officer at Exe Headhunting from January 2022 to June 2024, part of the Bolt Group.
