Johnathan Sublet

Johnathan Sublet is an accomplished leader and founder with extensive experience in community development and church leadership. As the Executive Director and Founder of SENT Topeka since 2018, Sublet established the first non-profit in Topeka focused on holistic community development, emphasizing business, education, wellness, and housing. In addition to this role, Sublet serves as the Lead Servant Pastor of Fellowship Hi-Crest Church, a multi-cultural congregation with over 300 members, and has previously held pastoral roles at Fellowship Bible Church and Crossover Community Church, where significant growth was achieved. Sublet also has a background in project management within the manufacturing sector, having worked at DSM Nutritional Products and The Dow Chemical Company, where notable financial improvements were realized. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Educational Leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Tulsa.
