Francesca Iannaccone

Francesca Iannaccone, CPH, MPH, currently serves as a Care Coordinator at Sentara Healthcare since February 2019. Previous roles include Social Worker at Novant Health UVA Health System Culpeper Medical Center from December 2018 to December 2020, and Director of Discharge Planning at Medical Facilities of America from June 2016 to January 2019.
