Vanessa Healy

Vanessa Healy is a First Vice President and the Regional Director of Real Estate responsible for asset and property management for Sentinel’s West region residential portfolio, as well as for the firm's build-to-rent portfolio in Australia. Previously, she was responsible for analysis of asset management, property management and capital programs. She joined Sentinel in 2006 as an Asset Manager in Sentinel’s high-rise/mid-rise residential portfolio group. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Healy was a Real Estate Paralegal at Ingram, Yuzek, Gainen, Carroll and Bertolotti, LLP, and has significant experience in transactional real estate matters. She holds a BS in Social Policy from Northwestern University and an MS Ed in Educational Policy from the University of Pennsylvania.
