Donna Fowler

Donna Fowler is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the SVP of Global People & Talent at SEON since April 2024. Prior to this role, Donna held the position of VP of People at Beyond Identity from December 2020 to January 2024. Donna's extensive career also includes serving as Human Resources Director at Silverline, Human Resources Business Partner at Citi, and VP Human Resources Generalist at Lehman Brothers. Donna began their career as an Employee Relations Analyst at Accenture. Educationally, Donna holds a degree in Sociology from Seton Hall University and completed HR Studies at Cornell University's ILR School, where a certificate in HR Studies was also earned.
