Casey Labarbera

Casey LaBarbera is an experienced professional in leadership development and educational programming, currently serving as the Emerging Talent Program Manager at SEPHORA since May 2022. Prior roles include Associate Manager of Learning & Development at SEPHORA and Director of Programming, Involvement & Leadership at Holy Names University, where significant contributions included the redesign of onboarding solutions and the development and facilitation of over 20 multicultural and social justice-related programs.
