Satish Satish is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Global Head of Digital & Omni Tech Platform at SEPHORA, focusing on strategy, governance, and operations since March 2024. Prior to SEPHORA, Satish held the position of VP of Engineering at Cowbell from July 2020 to March 2024, and served as a Senior Solution Architect at Red Hat for a brief period in 2020. Satish's notable role at Macy's from April 2015 to March 2020 involved building a scalable eCommerce platform and modernizing customer experiences through machine learning. Additional leadership experience includes director roles at Software AG and VMware, as well as senior management positions at TIBCO Software, Flextronics, and Sun Microsystems. Satish holds a Bachelor's degree from Bangalore Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in Computer Science from California State University-Sacramento.
