Karen Saavedra

Karen Saavedra is a seasoned professional in urban planning and project management with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. Currently serving as Programmiste urbain and Responsable projets urbains at Seqens since October 2021, Karen previously held key positions including Directrice d'achats at the Ministry of Education in Venezuela, where responsibilities included managing cost planning and offer commissions. Roles in the Ministry of Education's Division Equipement and as Adjointe à la direction du patrimoine immobilier at the Ministry of Sport involved overseeing construction and renovation projects on a national scale. Academic qualifications include a Master 2 in Urbanisme from Ecole d'Urbanisme de Paris, a Master's in Project Management from UCAB, and a Master's in Architecture from Universidad de los Andes (VE). Additional certifications include Autodesk Revit Architecture ACU.
