Ian El-Mokadem

Ian El-Mokadem is the Chief Executive Officer of RWS Group since July 2021, leading a prominent provider of language and content services aimed at facilitating global understanding. In addition, Ian serves as a Non-Executive Director at Serco since July 2017, contributing to a global leader in essential public services. Ian is the Founder and Director of Roegate, a consultancy specializing in support for Private Equity funds, and previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at V.Group and Exova Group Limited, each with significant turnover and international operations. Ian's early career included senior roles at Compass Group and Centrica, where contributions spanned various sectors including telecommunications and energy. Ian's academic background includes an MBA from INSEAD and a BSc in Economics and Statistics from UCL.
