Zoe Neill

Zoe Neill currently serves as the Head of Services at Serco since September 2024 and as an Independent Visitor for Wiltshire Council since October 2023, providing support to young individuals in care. Previously, Zoe held multiple roles at the Centre for Health and Disability Assessments from March 2016 to September 2024, including Performance Director and Team Leader. Earlier experience includes positions at WDS, A Xerox Company, as Team Leader and Technical Support Agent. Zoe's educational background includes studies at Bournemouth Grammar School for Girls and the Chartered Management Institute.
