Mikko Jussilainen

Mikko Jussilainen is an experienced product and service manager with a strong background in operational processes and customer care. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Sergel Group since June 2022, Mikko previously held the role of Service Manager at Posti Group Oyj, focusing on the Order to Cash process and operational efficiencies. With extensive experience at Basware, Mikko progressed through various managerial roles, including Manager of Customer Care, Order to Cash, Order Fulfillment, Development Manager, and Service Desk Manager, all aimed at enhancing customer support and operational effectiveness. Mikko holds a Bachelor of Business & Administration degree from South Carelia Polytechnic.
