Nicolas Beun

Nicolas Beun has extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as Directeur Général Délégué and Directeur Exécutif at Sergic since November 2007. In this role, Nicolas is responsible for the operational deployment of the group’s strategy and chairs the Comité Exécutif, which includes sector directors and subsidiaries representing 36 national agencies and three of the company’s four subsidiaries. Prior to this, Nicolas was Directeur of Sergic Corporate, managing the group’s subsidiaries including Sergic Entreprises, Sergic Résidences, CCGA, and Magellan Immobilier Conseil. Earlier experience includes serving as Responsable Service Copropriété at Urbania Lille. Nicolas holds a DEA in Law and Justice from the University of Lille 1 and completed strategic leadership and management training at Cepi.
