Joel Dixon

Joel Dixon is a highly experienced professional in architecture and design, currently serving as the Director and Head of Planning & Design at SERHANT. since August 2023. With a robust background that includes overseeing design advisory services and business development, Joel combines extensive market knowledge with 15 years of hands-on expertise in luxury residential new development planning, programming, and construction. Prior to SERHANT., Joel worked at WITKOFF, managing a multi-billion dollar portfolio and supervising all phases of project execution, and held a senior role at Compass, where critical design parameters for luxury developments were evaluated. Additional experiences include significant roles at Harvard University, Arrowstreet Inc., and various architecture firms, complemented by a strong educational foundation from Clemson University and Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
