Debora Ghilardi

Debora Ghilardi is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within human resources and management. Currently employed as the HR Relations and Rewards Manager at Serioplast since January 2018, Debora has previously held positions as an HR Specialist and HR Support in the same organization. Debora's entrepreneurial spirit is highlighted by the founding of Nuova Polisportiva Pallavolo Selvino, where a role as Secretary was also undertaken from August 2016 to November 2018. Early career experience includes a marketing internship at GoCustomized B.V. and an accountant position at 3 Emme srl, along with a board member and secretary role in Associazione Progeniem Selvino.
