Lou Burgoyne

Lou Burgoyne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solution design and workflow analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Serrala since October 2018, Lou previously held several key positions at Ricoh Americas Corporation from April 2012 to March 2018, including Senior Solution Workflow Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed designing enterprise content management solutions and engaging in pre-sales activities. Prior to Ricoh, Lou worked at IKON Office Solutions as a Senior Solutions Analyst from May 1998 to April 2012, focusing on analyzing business problems and implementing software solutions. Lou holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems from California State University, Fullerton, and a high school diploma from La Salle High School.
