Joe Sylo

Joe Sylo serves as the Director of Development at Servants, Inc., a faith-based nonprofit, since September 2023, focusing on meeting the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of people in crisis across York, Lancaster, and Adams counties. Previously, Joe was the Senior National Account Manager at HMP Global from 2021 to 2023, where responsibilities included partnering with advertising teams to create targeted pharmaceutical ad campaigns. Joe's experience also includes serving as Vice President of Sales at Cumulus Media from 2017 to 2020, overseeing a team to achieve sales goals in radio and digital solutions, and as Director of Sales at Comcast Spotlight from 2012 to 2016, managing a Central PA territory. Earlier career positions include Local Sales Manager and General Sales Manager at Cumulus Media, where Joe developed revenue initiatives and led sales teams. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising/Communications from Michigan State University.
