Pepe Villatoro is the Founder and CEO of Fuckup Nights Global, a social enterprise present in over 300 cities across more than 90 countries, focusing on using failure as a catalyst for innovation through events and workshops. Currently serving as an Advisor to the CEO and Board at Serviap Global, Pepe also holds the position of Angel Investor at Rocket.la and works as a public speaker and consultant, delivering over 30 talks annually for clients including the World Bank and United Nations. Previously, Pepe was the Regional Head of Expansion for Deel, General Manager for WeWork in North Latin America, and CEO & Board Member for Crowdfunder.com in Latin America. Other significant contributions include co-founding Impact Hub Mexico City and leading innovation initiatives at Telmex. Pepe holds degrees in Engineering Physics from Tecnológico de Monterrey and completed an academic exchange in Renewable and Nuclear Energy at Politecnico di Torino.
