Carrie Fowler

Carrie Fowler is an experienced organizer and advocate with a strong background in political and social work. Currently serving as an Organizer for SEIU since November 2023, Fowler also holds the position of Organizing Director for The New Pennsylvania Project and Program Director for Action for the Climate Emergency. Extensive experience includes roles as Advocate at The Center for Popular Democracy Action and Campaign Director for Planned Parenthood Pennsylvania Advocates. Previous positions involve leadership, campaign management, and grassroots organizing for various political initiatives, including significant impacts in the Harrisburg School District. Carrie Fowler holds a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Social Work, both from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
