Lori Ross, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Benefits Manager at Service Express, specializing in innovative benefits and employee rewards since January 2017. Previously, Lori held various roles at Michigan Blood from April 1996 to December 2016, including Senior Total Rewards Analyst, Director of Human Resources, HR Administrator, and HR Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed administering compensation and benefits plans, leading HR initiatives, and managing HR programs for a workforce of over 400 employees.
