Yegor Mialyk is an experienced engineering manager and tech lead, currently leading the implementation of the SC Managed Ops module at ServiceChannel since March 2021, focusing on providing improved managed service outcomes at lower client costs. Prior to this role, Yegor served as Principal Software Engineer and Engineering Manager at MedeAnalytics, where the implementation of a Value Based Care product was successfully managed for one of the top health insurance companies. Additional notable experience includes leadership positions at 8th Sphere Inc, Telenor DK/Team International, and Stella Systems, with significant contributions to various software engineering projects and performance enhancements.
