Damon Rees is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently, Damon serves as Co-Founder at ServiceGen, Non Executive Director at Ventia, and Managing Principal & CEO at Better as Usual, focusing on enhancing organizational capabilities. Previously, Damon held key positions such as Chief Executive Officer at Service NSW and Chief Information and Digital Officer for the NSW Government. With a strong background at Westpac, Damon led multiple departments, encompassing integrated delivery and technology for lending transformation, and was instrumental in developing digital applications and enterprise infrastructure.
