Bruce Freilich

Bruce Freilich is a seasoned enterprise architecture professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently, Freilich serves as Director of Enterprise Architecture at ServiceNow since April 2018, and previously held the position of Enterprise Solution Architect. Prior to this, Freilich worked at CA Technologies from March 2009 to April 2018 as Senior Principal Enterprise Customer Solution Architect, focusing on aligning CA solutions with customer business initiatives. Freilich has also held various roles at CA, including Solution Strategist and Regional Presales Consulting Manager, demonstrating strong leadership in sales and technical architecture. Earlier career experiences include roles at AETEA Information Technology and EDS, where Freilich led system architecture initiatives and managed technical teams. Freilich holds a degree from the University of Delaware, earned between 1989 and 1993.
