Devika Bhalla

Devika Bhalla is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product strategy and corporate development. Currently at ServiceNow since May 2022, Devika focuses on Generative AI and AI strategy. Prior to this role, Devika worked at IBM from September 2019 to May 2022 in Strategy and Corporate Development with an emphasis on Hybrid Cloud and AI. Earlier experience includes an MBA Summer Investment Internship at NCB Capital, the largest asset manager in Saudi Arabia, and roles at EY-Parthenon, progressing from Associate to Senior Associate, where Devika contributed to private equity due diligence and strategy cases across various emerging markets. Devika holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School, an exchange degree from INSEAD, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi.
