Gagandeep Singh currently serves as a Global Partner and Ecosystem Executive at ServiceNow since September 2023. Prior to this role, Gagandeep Singh worked at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for over 18 years, holding various senior positions including Regional Manager and Business Unit Head for NJ and the Mid Atlantic, Head of Business Development and Customer Success for the HiTech and Professional Services Unit, and Global Bid Manager for HiTech Strategic deals. Responsibilities included driving revenue growth, managing strategic outsourcing deals, and enhancing client satisfaction. Gagandeep Singh holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
