Joao Cerqueira

Joao Cerqueira is currently serving as the Area Vice President of Latin America Solution Consulting at ServiceNow since August 2021, where the focus is on enhancing workplace efficiency through the Now Platform. Prior to this role, Joao held the position of Director of Latin America Solution Consulting at ServiceNow from April 2015 to August 2021, driving transformational change in enterprise operations. Joao's extensive experience at Hewlett-Packard from 1995 to March 2015 included roles such as Director of Solution Architecture and BTO Pre-Sales Manager, emphasizing IT Value Management and technical consulting. Joao holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from FEI, has pursued post-graduate studies in Services Marketing and Business Administration, and completed an Executive Program in Organizational Leadership at StartSe University in March 2023.
