Justin Herman

Justin Herman is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the public sector, currently serving as Vice President of Global Public Sector at ServiceNow. Previously, Justin held multiple leadership positions at ServiceNow, including Area Vice President and GM/AVP of Public Sector Industry Solutions. Justin also contributed to Operation Lifeline Inc. as Vice Chairman of the Board and Board Member, and served as a Global Head of Public Sector at Twilio Inc. Additionally, Justin has held significant roles at the GSA, leading initiatives in emerging technology and social media for citizen services. Justin is an Expert Network Member at the World Economic Forum. Academic credentials include graduate studies in Public Administration at the University of New Hampshire and International Relations at the University of Oklahoma.
