Kyesha Drew

Kyesha Drew is a skilled professional with experience in IT service management and web development. Currently serving as a ServiceNow NextGen Professional Extern at ServiceNow since July 2022, Kyesha utilizes ITSM processes and CSDM domains to enhance platform functionality. Previously, Kyesha completed a 12-week web development boot camp at SheCodes, earning certificates in Introduction to Coding and Web Development.
