Rajesh Sharma

Rajesh Sharma is a seasoned professional in product management and business operations with extensive experience in leading teams and driving strategic initiatives. Since January 2021, Rajesh has served as Senior Director of Product Management focused on New Product Introduction (NPI) and Customer Success at ServiceNow, following roles as Director of Product Management and Go-To-Market for new product launches. Prior to ServiceNow, Rajesh spent nearly 14 years at Cisco, where responsibilities included overseeing a large team to execute business transformation efforts exceeding $8 billion, supporting operational initiatives across various business segments, and managing critical programs for the Enterprise and Emerging Technologies divisions. Earlier career experience includes a Principal Consultant role at Siebel Systems, where Rajesh led CRM projects for Fortune 500 clients. Rajesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Information Technology.
