Previous experience at Verizon Wireless included positions as Senior Analyst and Senior Learning Consultant in Sales Enablement, highlighting a strong focus on training and support. Jonathon holds a Master of Education in Learning and Technology from Western Governors University and is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor degree at Elon University School of Law, expected to be completed by December 2027.
