Laurent Dray has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and industrial sectors, currently serving as Directeur Performance / Transformation / Stratégie Industrie at Servier since 2001, where responsibilities include managing a team of 9 and functioning as Chief of Staff. Laurent has held various leadership positions at Servier, including Directeur Qualité / Pharmacien Responsable, overseeing quality assurance and continuous improvement projects, and Directeur site International, leading major investment projects to double manufacturing capacity. Previously, Laurent worked at Air Liquide as Directeur site / Pharmacien Delegué, achieving the first ISO 9001 certification, and held positions at Officine Humaine et Veterinaire and Orchard International, focusing on quality assurance and market studies, respectively. Laurent holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy and a diploma in Pharmaceutical Management from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 and Institut Pharmacie Industrielle Lyon.
