Roxana Costachescu

Roxana Costachescu is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in project management and business partnership, currently serving as an IT Business Partner at Servier since September 2021. Prior to this role, Roxana was an IT Project Manager at Xerox from October 2019 to September 2021, and previously took maternity leave from December 2015 to September 2019. Roxana's earlier career included significant contributions at Volksbank Romania as both IT Project Manager and IT Business Relationship Manager, where key achievements included the successful implementation of the Oracle Flex Cube UBS core banking project and involvement in the merger with Banca Transilvania. Roxana's extensive experience also encompasses previous roles at Romtelecom and HP, complemented by a Master’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering and an Engineering degree from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
