Indrajith PC is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Cisco Contact Center solutions, currently serving as a Senior Technical Specialist at Servion Global Solutions since January 2018. Previous roles include Technical Specialist and Senior Engineer at the same company, focusing on implementation and validation of Statements of Work based on customer requirements. Prior to this, Indrajith held the position of Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where responsibilities encompassed engineering and design of ICM, ACD, and RCS, along with infrastructure setup and CTI integration. Indrajith began the career as a Cisco UC/IPCC Engineer at Servion Global Solutions, gaining three years of experience in Cisco technologies including Call Manager and IPCC. Indrajith holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Calicut University, obtained in 2011.
