Bo Smith

Bo Smith is an experienced operations director with a robust background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at SERVPRO Team Shaw since August 2024, Bo previously held the same title at Posados Cafe from January 2004 to August 2024, where significant contributions included developing online training procedures and creating a drink menu that increased LBW sales by 10%. Bo's experience also includes directing operations at Twin Peaks Restaurants and ownership of CrossFit Fleur De Lis. Prior endeavors include serving as a proprietor at Outback Steakhouse. Bo holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Louisiana Tech University and attended the University of Louisiana Monroe.
