Jenny Alhayek

Jenny Alhayek currently serves as an HR Development Officer at Setec Bâtiment since July 2023. Previously, Jenny worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Robert Walters from February 2022 to June 2023, focusing on interim management within operations and industry. Prior to that, Jenny held the position of HR Development Project Manager at RATPgroup in 2021, where a thesis addressed HR policies for supporting organizational transformation. Jenny's extensive experience in HR began as an Executive HR Assistant at TotalEnergies from January 2016 to September 2020, following a brief role as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at the same company in July 2015. Additionally, Jenny worked as a Human Resources Assistant at LG Electronics in 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master 2 in International Strategy & Management from Université Paris-Saclay, along with multiple degrees in Business Administration from Lebanese University and Université Libanaise.
