Tornike Shurgulaia

Tornike Shurgulaia, Ph.D., currently serves as a Security Consultant at ICONIA Capital LLC, focusing on threat assessment, and as a Visiting Lecturer at David Aghmashenebeli University of Georgia. Shurgulaia also mentors through the EPAG - US Government Exchange Program Alumni Association of Georgia, functions as a Full Professor and co-chair of the International Relations BA Program at Saint Andrews Georgian University, and has held a Chair position in the same program.
