Katarina Hermanova

Katarina Hermanova serves as a Business Manager at Seven Eight Capital since December 2019 and has been self-employed as a Ballroom Dance Instructor since June 2002, focusing on student scheduling and lesson adaptation while also engaging in group classes and student recruitment. As a Competitive Ballroom Dancer, Katarina ranks 2nd in the world in WDC Adult Ten Dance and has won over 40 US and international competitions in the past year. Previous experiences include roles as a Research Assistant at Columbia Higgins Lab and Columbia Couples Lab, where Katarina contributed to studies on cognitive diversity and interpersonal cognition. Additional roles encompass finance management for the North American Star Ball, data organization for Columbia University's Department of Economics, and various internships focused on business development and client relations. Katarina holds a Bachelor's degree in Financial Economics and Psychology from Columbia University.
