Syarah Diniawati

Syarah Diniawati is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently employed at SEVEN Retail Group since June 2022, where responsibilities include developing and implementing effective hiring strategies in collaboration with hiring managers. Previously, Syarah held a recruitment intern position at IAF Multi Finance, managing various recruitment processes and communication with hiring managers. Syarah also worked at PT. Korea Indonesia Creative Tech and Trade for nearly three years, overseeing recruitment, employee registrations, tax reporting, and management of company licenses. Additionally, Syarah has academic experience as a laboratory assistant in various psychological testing methodologies at Gunadarma University. Syarah holds a Gelar Sarjana degree in Psychology from Universitas Gunadarma, earned between 2013 and 2018.
