Diana Roman is a seasoned professional in compensation analysis and operations consulting, currently serving as a Sales Compensation Analyst at SevenRooms since July 2024. Previously, Diana worked as a People & Compensation Analyst at Sisense from April 2023 to July 2024 and as an Operations Control Consultant at ING from December 2022 to April 2023. Diana's background also includes experience as a Business Consultant at PwC from 2019 to 2021 and an Audit & Advisory Internship at PwC Romania from July 2014 to June 2015. Diana holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Academia de Studii Economice din București and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Bucharest.
