Laura Berlanga is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and analytics with a strong background in recruitment and data-driven solutions. Currently serving as the Lead Analyst in Analytics & Intelligence at Sevenstep since 2017, Laura plays a key role in delivering recruitment outsourcing solutions that enhance business performance for enterprise clients globally. Prior to this, Laura held various sourcing positions at UnitedHealth Group from November 2020 to September 2022 and worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Equifax from 2017 to March 2020, contributing to insights and analytics that empower informed decision-making. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing and IT, Software Development from The Open University and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Universitat de Barcelona.
