Susie Price is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer insight and market research, currently serving as Customer Insight Strategy Lead at Severn Trent since December 2016. Previously held roles include Strategic Insight Lead and Senior Customer Insight Researcher at Severn Trent, and Senior Market Researcher at UCAS, where insights drove strategic decisions. Susie also contributed as a Marketing Researcher at eTech Solutions Ltd for a six-month project, and spent a decade at BMG Research as Senior Qualitative Research Manager, establishing the qualitative department and managing various research projects.
