Martin Kurniawan is an experienced ICT professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an ICT Service Delivery Manager at Assetlink Group since November 2016, Martin previously worked as an IT Consultant for Primary Health Care at Excite IT, where responsibilities included troubleshooting healthcare application issues and server maintenance. Prior experience includes roles as an Application Analyst and Service Desk Manager at Lend Lease, focusing on application functionalities and service desk operations. Martin began the journey in the tech field as a Service Desk Analyst at Genworth Financial and has further developed customer service skills at AMP Financial Services.
